Support Engineer Full Time

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be working remotely from home, NOT office based, alongside 5 other Support Engineers, you will be part of their team and added into their What’s App group, liaising regularly regarding issues, advice, shift patterns and customer queries etc.

This role is working shifts (either 6am – 1pm or 1pm – 8pm) with a total of 40 hours per week and you will have the flexibility and input, every week, in which shifts suit you.

As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing remote support, trouble shooting, assisting clients with technical queries, assessing customer machines, diagnosing problems or escalating to the relevant team if further support is needed.

You will be fully trained on their inhouse system to provide live trouble shooting and client support to machinery across the world.

ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will show a great interest in mechanics, engineering or technical solutions, will be eager to learn, comfortable with working remotely, confident and patient with customers and a full UK driving license. Long term you may be required to attend clients sites therefore the willingness to travel on occasion.
