This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the Payroll Manager. As the Payroller you will be working with a variety of clients within the Outsourced team. Really interesting role with an ever-changing set of clients and projects to get involved with.
You will have responsibility for a variety of clients across the UK. Dealing with payroll for secondees/permanent staff, from set up, to the full operation. Dealing with hypo tax, NI exemptions, legislative changes, monthly payroll and all general payroll queries. A lot of communication with employees and company Directors to advise and explain procedures. As the Payroll Executive you will enjoy implementing new payrolls and building relationships across the board. Uploading monthly payroll, calculating payrolls and reconciling pensions.
Experience in Payroll for multi locations is important for this role. You will not be dealing with just the one location. So the ability to deal with multiple is required.
