As the HR Advisor at this company you will be working with a really supportive HR team. You will be responsible for leading and advising on all things ER, so knowledge and experience in ER is essential. Another element of the role is being proactive with HR issues, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting and coaching managers.

You will travel to different sites as required, for which a company pool of cars is provided. Management are very flexible and you will have the freedom to plan your day to suit you.

This role is Monday to Friday 9-5pm (one day per week you can work from home if you wish)

If you have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a hands on HR role as an Officer/Advisor/Assistant dealing with employee relations, this is a great role!
