This HR opportunity is working for a well-known brand who offer flexible working, exposure to exciting projects and endless personal development. CIPD study support.

You will become a key member of a busy HR team, working with a friendly bunch of colleagues who have a great relationship with each other, encourage meet ups (currently virtual), liaise on a what’s app group and support each other with the various responsibilities involved in the department.

This HR role is temporarily working from home, with the vision of implementing a flexible working return. 

An opportunity to gain exposure and experience with a global business, lots of exciting projects and a role that offers variety in its day-to-day tasks.

As a HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for employees, maintaining employee records, advising on employment regulations/social law, collective agreements, personnel procedures, first line payroll issues and HR administrative support.

Providing excellent customer service is also a key part of this role, the ability to adapt to different personalities and levels in the business from warehouse staff to senior leaders.

If you have HR experience, excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn and a CIPD student, this is a great opportunity for you. Payroll knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
