The Head of Field Operations is responsible for leading and developing a large team of Engineers and Managers (600 engineers indirectly and 5 regional managers directly) ensuring a high level of customer service excellence and operational performance is delivered to customers.
Split between Office and Field, this will enable you to provide direct support, engagement and performance management as a team and on a one to one basis. You will coordinate the internal structure, focusing on the company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment, where deadlines are met consistently.
As the head of operations you will liaise with all levels of the business including Health, Safety & Well-being, ensuring the team are compliant with regulations, health and security standards etc. You and your team will be the face of the company, working directly with customers and stakeholders on a daily basis. Therefore, you will be a role model within the business, it is critical that you ensure the team members behave in a manner representative of the company values and professionalism. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team providing support to the Technical Director and Board.
