Our client has a brand new role for a Trainee Accounts Assistant, to join their finance team. A fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to learn new skills and gain experience in an office based role!

You will be working for a well established company who are very down to earth and keen to grow. A friendly team who have just moved to new offices based in the centre of Staines.

Hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm with 1 hours lunch.

This is an extremely varied role, you will learn lots of different aspects of accounts and finance. You will also be responsible for other tasks, so a proactive approach and positive attitude is essential.

Willingness to learn is essential!

You will be trained in and responsible for:

  • Inputting invoices onto the database
  • Running reports on Microsoft Excel
  • General office administration
  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Receiving and sending emails
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Entering data on the system
  • Assisting with payments and banking

Some experience in customer service, sales or any admin type role is preferred but not essential. An excellent telephone manner and good IT skills in WORD and EXCEL is required.
