Define

Our process begins with us getting to know you. That means a face-to-face strategy meeting so that you can tell us what you’re after. Once we know you inside out, from your values and mission, we put together a role brief, set out your intentions, and deliver against a recruitment timeline.

Search

Our multi-channel search process pulls together a broad spectrum of candidates. First and foremost, we look at our strong and diverse network of exceptional talent. As specialists in our market, we utilise the latest technology to locate the best candidates for you.

Shortlist

Before we put them forward, we’ve already built a solid relationship with our candidates. That includes a preliminary call, an interview, a personality and culture assessment (they might be great, but will they be great for you?), and a qualification check and online test (if required) to ensure they’re the right fit for your business and vice-versa.

Present and interview

Only when we’re 100% sure about a candidate do we put them forward. At this point, we help coordinate the interview, prep the candidate (and you, if you’re after a few tips!), and support the process from end to end. We’ll also handle the feedback and conversations afterwards.

Offer and onboard

We’ll make the offer and let the unsuccessful candidates know. We always provide constructive feedback and deliver the news in a positive, compassionate way. Not just because it protects your brand, but because it’s the right way to handle things. We manage the salary and offer, agree a start date, and help you get your new member of staff settled in. We’ll also check in with them (and you) from time to time, to make sure everything’s going well.
