As a Sales Support Manager you will be responsible and managing a team of 2 Sales Support Agents.
This role is to work for a fantastic company based in Shepperton who really look after their staff, generous benefits include 25 days holiday plus 3 days off over christmas and plus BH’s, private healthcare, pension scheme and performance bonus scheme! The industry is fairly technical so a quick learner who wants a challenge would be great for this job!
Some people/team management experience is essential for this position.
You will be part of the management team, attending regular meetings with other managers and directors, to feedback on the departments recent activity.
The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for both management duties and hands on duties:
Management – Running team meetings, staff appraisals, setting targets, training, coordinating holiday/absence cover, arranging temp staff, raising credit notes, resolving customer queries and putting new sales processes into place
Hands on – Processing customer orders, taking customer calls, maintaining the CRM database, checking invoices, checking delivery charges, pricing and building relationships with customers
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, people management experience, customer service & sales background, positive attitude and experience in putting new processes in place.
SAP knowledge would be an advantage but NOT essential.
