You will be responsible for taking on responsibility for set assignments, driving them forward to completion whilst working towards an agreed budget and timescale. The ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients alike and good communication skills are essential. Our client is a close knit team and their office is totally open plan (partners too!) so the environment lends itself to learning from each other and developing their culture.
Finally, our client’s team like to have fun doing what they do and encourage team members to as well!
You will be mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team, acting as their ‘go to’ person for help and advice, researching and advising on technical accounting areas, reviewing of year end accounts for companies, partnerships and sole traders, dealing with client queries and reporting directly to manager and or partner where applicable.
