New Internal Sales Manager role to work for our fun, exciting and rapidly growing client based in Basingstoke.
Reporting into the Directors, you will be responsible for a dynamic and energetic team of 15 consultants. All members of the team have different strengths in their roles and work very hard to achieve targets and earn bonus – so a manager who will lift & support them, encourage & develop them and rewards & help the consultants through their sales career, is key!
A close team that work very well together and bounce ideas off one another. This Internal Sales Manager is a KEY role to the business, you will be trusted to manage the department, set fun incentives, allow the team to leave early on a Friday should they be hitting targets, set up competitions and games to increase productivity on the phones and set personal development plans / one to ones, to help them grow and succeed.
New, open plan and modern designed offices, this company have a strong financial backing allowing them to set ambitious growth plans for the next few years, already in the last 6 months they have massively grown with new client contracts on board and results flooding in.
This a role that you can really make your own, if you are a creative, fun and “ideas” person. You will be given lots of freedom to do things “your way!”.
You will have an established team who now need a new leader to build on their success. There is a flexible incentives budget for you to use and the wilder the better.
As part of the management team you will be recruiting, coaching, motivating and ensuring that this is the place where everyone wants to work! Other duties will include analysing figures and targets and attending monthly board meetings.
