New opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Manager, to act as a key part of the senior management team. Managing a team of 2 Sales Order Processors.
You will be managing the entire Sales Order Process and your number 1 focus will be to ensure the customers have a positive experience, putting in new ideas and improving the over all process – attending management meetings, providing sales & analysis reports and reporting into the MD.
As an Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of 2 well established and experienced Sales Order Processors, you will enjoy motivating, developing and supporting the team and at the same time ensuring that the sales order operation runs smoothly.
Other day to day duties as an Internal Sales Manager include taking incoming calls/emails regarding parts, dealing with pricing for customers, processing customer orders, liaising with the account managers, dealing with delivery queries, liaising with the technical team and resolving escalated complaints.
You will be dealing with various people across the construction industry, so a flexible personality is important.
