As a HR Executive you will report into the HR Manager and be responsible for a wide variety of duties including acting as point of contact for issues/grievances, performance management issues, keeping regular contact with members of staff to ensure that there are no issues affecting their work, leading the leaver processes to ensure a smooth transition (handovers, exit interviews, redundancy procedures, references etc) and managing return to work interviews following absences.
Other responsibilities in your HR Executive role will include keeping up to date with Employment Law and Health & Safety, ensuring policy/procedures are communicated to employees, building relationships with contractors to ensure that all general queries are dealt with, coordinating conferences/training courses and attending client meetings.
You will also have the privilege of being involved in some special projects for the company, including recommendations to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of service, internal policies and procedures. Also booking events, travel and accommodation for directors and internal staff.
