Exciting NEW ROLE to head up an fresh team/project based in EC2. Fantastic location based at one of our clients spanking new office location. You will be part of a successful company who are growing at a rate of knots and responsible for HR function within one of their most prestigious contracts.
As the HR Manager you will be reporting into the Group HR Manager who will be very hands/supportive whilst the project gets going. Your team will be a diverse group of operatives (around 120). You will be involved from the VERY START :dealing with all new starters, appraisals, personal development programmes, dispute resolution, staff well-being and discipline HR issues.
Another part of the role is to ensure health and safety standards are met along with ensuring compliance at all levels. As the HR Manager you will be the main point of contact on site so you will need to be very flexible and able to switch between priorities quickly. As the Brand ambassador on site you will be building relationships with both both team members and clients on the phone and face to face.
This is a challenging role for a client that has a very low staff turnover so their HR function is key.
