This company are looking for a HR Advisor with proven hands on experience. Minimum Level 5 CIPD is essential.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for HR Analytics, Employee Relations, Performance Management & Training. You will be providing quality advice to managers in relation to HR policies and procedures, providing support in meetings related to Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management and Performance.
You will be comfortable with both strategic HR as well as operational, constantly striving for excellence and seeking better ways of working. Occasional travel will be involved to visit different depots, training and mentoring managers. Recruiting and top candidates across the company and ensuring a smooth induction.
