Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining quotations from suppliers, dealing with customer queries, reporting on Microsoft Excel, quoting customers, tracking and updating customers on their deliveries and day to day office administration.
You should enjoy giving an “above average” customer experience.

You will be passionate about “solving” customer queries from start to finish.
We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced customer service people, who enjoy giving a great service (face to face or office based). Also someone who enjoys working under a bit of pressure – Excellent IT skills including Excel is also a must.
