Customer Service Executive Full Time

A small, friendly and down to earth company based in central Hayes are looking for a new Customer Service Executive. Our client are successful and growing, with branches across the UK and Ireland.

A fast paced and exciting industry, working with high end retail customers – People enjoy working here, with its flexible approach to their staff. Full support and training is provided, to help you soak in their industry and way of working.

VERY low staff turnover, people who work here tend to stay, with the potential to work their way up in the business.

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining quotations from suppliers, dealing with customer queries, reporting on Microsoft Excel, quoting customers, tracking and updating customers on their deliveries and day to day office administration.

You should enjoy giving an “above average” customer experience.

You will enjoy “exceeding” customer expectations

You will be passionate about “solving” customer queries from start to finish.

We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced customer service people, who enjoy giving a great service (face to face or office based). Also someone who enjoys working under a bit of pressure – Excellent IT skills including Excel is also a must.
