A new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator has become available to work for a fast growing company based in Sunbury! You will be working with a friendly team, providing admin support and excellent customer service over the phone.

Working alongside their Service Manager, you will be responsible for booking in works for customers, managing engineers diaries, scheduling in work, preparing paperwork, dealing with customer queries, taking inbound calls and creating quotes for customers.
This job is working in a busy office environment, so you must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise your work effectively. A confident telephone manner is also important.
