As the Customer Service Agent you will be making appointments, dealing with queries and allocating services as required. You will be on the phone constantly dealing with a variety of people with many different needs so you will need to be calm, flexible and confident with a clear manner. You will be entering information onto the system whilst speaking to cleints at the same time. Some information is quite technical so the ability to be clear in your explanation is essenital. You may also have to deal wtih difficult clients and therefore a patient manner is required.

As the Customer Service Agent you will working in a team of 20 with lots ofhelp and support from your colleagues and manager. Using Word, Excel and an in-house system for clients (full training given).
This is a great job for someone with good Customer Service experience, a great telephone manner and a calm, organised outlook. If you are looking to get into office work maybe from retail then this is a fabulous opportunity!
