New role for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join this great logistics/freight forwarding company based in Colnbrook.
We are looking for an energetic, well spoken and positive individual to build relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer service is given to them at all times.
You will be dealing with customer queries by phone/email, providing quotations, handling complaints about deliveries, managing customer accounts and liaising with suppliers.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in a busy environment with a dynamic team, working to deadlines and working under pressure, so a focussed attitude is essential. You will be on the phone updating customers on delivery, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
Are you an experienced customer service agent, looking for a new challenge?
To be successful in this role you must have some experience in a similar role – also logistics/freight/shippping experience is a massive advantage.
