Working hours are 8-5pm (you will have to be flexible if required at times i.e. come in earlier and leave earlier)
The fundamental part of your role is to take full responsibility for one of their key accounts, managing the day to day operational functions including:
You will lead, manage and develop the operations team (around 10 staff, more in peak times) ensuring a smooth and effective running of the account, operationally.
Other responsibilities include managing/developing the H&S initiatives, develop congenial working relationships with their onsite customers and team KPI management.
