Progression is very achievable here, the current Sales Manager started here less than 2 years ago as a sales guy and now manages a team of 4, with loads of responsibility and a rise in £ of course.
This company are very current with all the latest tools in their field, industry specialists and passionate about giving their staff FULL TRAINING from the very start, to ensure they know everything they need to succeed as a sales person.
Upon joining this company as a Business Development Manager, you will be giving some warm clients to start with, to help you understand the business more and give you some confidence to secure new clients.
As a BDM you will be responsible for following up on leads (which will be given to you weekly) booking in to see clients, understanding the product in order to sell it, making outbound calls, working to a quarterly target and being part of a team-player atmosphere.
Some Business Development experience is essential – very open to what industry this is in. A tech minded person would work well. Any compliance industry experience would be a great advantage.
