As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily, liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice queries, reconciling statements against invoices, credit notes and queries, authorising invoices, ensuring suppliers provide accurate invoice information, liaising with management accounts, working to deadlines and working with other members of the finance team to ensure a smooth running of the department.
We are looking to recruit a new Accounts Payable Clerk with some experience in a Finance department or similar role, an understanding of Purchase Ledger, strong Excel skills (able to use spreadsheets) and a high attention to detail.
