Opportunity to work as an Accounts Payable Assistant, in a beautiful modern, open plan office based in the heart of Windsor town.
You will be part of a friendly team of 8 in the Finance department. Reporting into the Accounts Supervisor, your main responsibility will be processing a very high volume of invoices (up to 1,000 per month) and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. So if you thrive in a busy environmentt this role would be great for you.
This company have recently moved into these new offices, the location is great, right in the town centre so lots to do on your lunch and after work with friends or colleagues.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a finance department/finance duties, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on Word, Excel and Outlook.
This fast paced Accounts Payable role will keep you busy, you will be answering incoming calls, dealing with accounts queries, speaking to suppliers, reconciling statements, posting account transactions, daily BACS/CHAPS and credit applications.
