Our Story

Mother and daughter team, Julie and Abby had a vision to join forces and offer a recruitment service based on the values they found most effective, from their combined 40 years recruiting experience. Amaryllis was created to give clients and candidates a more flexible and quality service, focused on individual needs and not corporate red tape.

Together, Julie and Abby bring a unique service with the perfect blend of passion and experience, aiming to ensure they create the perfect journey for customers,  they have learnt that their success has mainly stemmed from growing SME’s in the Surrey and Berkshire area. Three years later candidates and clients are loving their focus on what really matters, which has meant the business has grown to helping SME’s across the whole of the UK.

Amaryllis are people focused, aiming to add additional services that do not cost, no sales targets, giving you only quality, available all times of day and always do that bit more than your average recruiters.
